Not working with macOS Catalina

    can you explain better your issue? I am using a Mac too. When do you get this message?

    If it helps, I had Sophos Connect working on my Mac prior to upgrading to Catalina, and it continues to work after that upgrade.  On my laptop with Catalina, I did not have Sophos Connect installed and it exhibits the same behavior as mentioned above.  So its seems the problem is only when importing a new connection in Catalina.  It's too bad we can't copy whatever connection info gets saved to the library on a working machine to a new one.
