weird issue not able to get to website

Hi guys, just have a weird and have raised issue with sophos however even they don't see an issue without firewalls. If anyone else has an xg firewall could i request you try get to dashboard.strencom.net  please? It's not a secured site, it just brings you to an orion dashboard and we just can't figure out why we can't get there. If anyone could try and see if they could get to it to see if it launches and tell me if they have issues to? FYI our old juniper firewall allows us to get there so it's real headscratcher.

    Hi  

    I have tried to access the given URL from multiple devices wherein the traffic was bypassing the Sophos XG firewall and not able to access the website, I have tried with the IP address which is available in DNS lookup but no luck.

    Is website access is available to a specific set of IPs?

    Hey Keyur, thanks very much for trying that. Okay well this is very odd because the company stated it's open to the public. I can get there through 3g access through my mobile phone, through our older juniper firewall that's on a separate public ip, but only cannot get there through the XG firewall... everything indicates the xg firewall must be at fault if I can get through on 3g surely?? So strange :). Anyways, thank you for the mxtoolbox hint I will check with the company to see if it's maybe a configuration issue on their side.
