Hi all,
I have a user on OSX that is getting redirected to the login portal even though authenticated for some time.
User is only person in a set firewall policy
User is only 1 of 2 Macs in the office. Rest are on PC/W10 and no issues.
Similar policies. Just slightly differing Web and App policies.
Match user ticked
redirect unknown ticked ( not sure this should be as all policies are set to Match users )
Using Chrome. Has SSL cert installed.
Seems to be fine for a while then a webpage will just change to the login portal.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the auth agent does not resolve. Seems to resolve itself after some time.
User is not over data allowance.
Any suggestions welcome.
