Same Sender for different Recipient. Some dropped, some passes

I'm having this issue where an email is sent from an external sender to two recipients in our organization. For one receipient the Mail goes trough, for the other not??

This problem is also for other receipients.

Can you help us, please?

Hi,

is you device an XG or SG (UTM)? What software are you running?

I would suggest you create a case for assistance.

Our Device is: XG230 (SFOS 17.5.6 MR-6)

Where should i create a case, pls?

Hi,

you create support cases through your user portal account (not on XG) or with assistance from your reseller/partner.
