IPS disabled however rules still seem to be being applied

I've recently noticed that despite my installation of XG having never ran IPS and never been configured for this rules seem to be being applied. None of my firewall rules have an IPS rule enabled nor can I find any settings else where related to this which are enabled.

    What Firmware are you running?

     

    That KBA only applied to:

     

    Sophos Firewall XG Software v17.1.3 MR3 and earlier as it was Disabled by default after that.

    Sophos XG 450 (SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1)

    Sophos R.E.D 50 x 2

    Always configuring new stuff.....
