IPS LAN to WAN blocking incoming email attachment

Hello everyone,
when the IPS lan to wan policy is enabled my stations can not receive mail with attachments. We have issues in outlook 2016 and thunderbird.

when this policy is disabled emails are received normally.

Could someone help me solve this problem and leave the policy enabled?

Do you see any IPS Alert?

Maybe a False Positive?

in log viewer > IPS = no record found

ATP = 0 / UTQ = 0

Do you use some sort of other Scan mechanism?

I mean, IPS should not be involved if you are not actively scanning for attachments.

Can you post a Screenshot of your Rule?

Here with the IPS off everything works normally.

I was able to resolve by creating a new policy without the "protocol-pop" option.
