SOPHOS Client Authentication Agent unable to connect using macOS Mojave 10.14.5

I have installed and re-installed the Client Authentication Agent and the Certificate, but the CAA is still unable to connect using macOS Mojave 10.14.5.

Here are the messages from my Console, but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot based on this.

Does anyone have any ideas on why I'm unable to connect?
