Can you describe the scenario a little bit more?
Is ist:
- S4B on premise with WAF as Reverseproxy? (how about the setup?)
- do you mean attend as a guest in S4B conversation by WEB Plugin or Client
I remember a lot of issues can happend due the setup.
An example what often happends at our customers side (wich have done the installtion themself): Everything seems to be fine in communication but from outside the voice call breaks after 5 minutes (iPhone App also). - Reason WAF Timeout at the backend server

our S4B is outsource so we did not know any thing about WAF as Reverseproxy and we attend as a guest in S4B conversation by WEB Plugin.
We also run the S4B directly from route in same ISP it works properly.
