We are getting voice drops in "Skpe for business" voice calls; the issue has been troubleshooted by SOPHOS support, and no packet drops were found.
We suspect, it can be a issue related to delay and not drop.
Till now we are not able to resolve this.
Redundant internet uplinks has also been tested, we face this issue only when traffic passes through the sophos UTM 9.
