Right now it's a simple DNAT rule, no filtering.

Nothing is activated in the Advanced section.

"Rewrite source address" is off.

I can connect to IIS on both port 80 and 443 over the internet but the Anywhere Access setup wizard errors out with "Anyehere access to your server is blocked (refering to port 80 and 443).

Other than the network wizard error, could you also confirm if accessing server resources is successful?

What do you observe when performing a GUI packet capture for this traffic?

Ok so it works. Silly of me not to test it despite the error.

Problem solved, kind of. Not fun with a warnings in the Essentials dashboard though.
