I am getting error "ERR_Empty_Response" after connecting to my firewall network while trying to download .

Did you have Web Filtering or Application Control enabled on your firewall? It could be possible that you have an enabled policy that is blocking this download.

Thanks for responding.

 The issue was with https timeout settings and we  increased the https timeout to the required valu. We raised the ticket with support team and the issue has been resolved.
