I am getting error "ERR_Empty_Response" after connecting to my firewall network while trying to download .

I am getting an error "ERR_Empty_Response"  after connecting to my firewall network while trying to download . When connected to some other network it is working fine . I have changed the http response time to 210 sec but still getting the same error. Please help me.
