Add device for fingerprint

greetings,

i hope anyone could help me,

i have setup a server for time attendance management with IP 20.1.1.29 in local network and i try to add a device for fingerprint in another branch with an IP address 192.168.2.11, i can ping to 20.1.1.29 from outside local network also ping 192.168.2.11 from inside local network. what shall i do ??

Pleas provide a network diagram to help understand what you sew trying to achieve because you description is a little confusing.

8880.Blank Diagram - Page 2.pdfi can ping each ip from the next site and when i try add the device ip 192.168.2.11 for the server 29 the error come with zero found

Hi,

I have reviewed your diagram and it doesn't really add anything extra.

Is the server in a DMZ at HQ, do you have VPN running between branch and HQ.

If it is in a DMZ what is your rule allowing traffic into the DMZ.

Do you have a rule in the branch XG allowing the specific address to be sent over the VPN?
