SIP not working after few days. Reboot solve the issue. How to troubleshoot?

Hi, had the same issue with UTM before. The first few weeks with XG I had no issues with VOIP Calls. Someday it started again. The main issue is, at some point, I'm not able to call from inside to outside. I hear just nothing. Sometimes I'm not able to call from outside to inside. After a reboot of XG, everything is working fine again. At the moment I don't have any special Firewallrules regarding VOIP/SIP. My question here is, how can I troubleshoot this issue? I don't see anything related to this in FW Logs or in any other log. I can't spend a lot of time in troubleshooting when the issue persists, because when its persist someone will do a call RIGHT NOW! and I have to reboot my XG :)

I have:

Sophos XG home SFOS 17.5.1 MR-1, SIP module unloaded

Auerswald 5020 VOIP PBX

VOIP Provider: 1und1 germany

 

My Top Firewallrule at the monent is just a allow any from LANtoWAN (Rt,NAT,LOG) and the default one at the bottom.
