SIP not working after few days. Reboot solve the issue. How to troubleshoot?

no Proxy Arp and no DNAT so far.

Isn't that KB for UTM only? 

EDIT: OK, I think I have to wait until nextime it is not working and will create a tcpdump.

started with "set advanced-firewall udp-timeout-stream 150" and will see what happens (or hopefully not) in the next days :)

Still the same issue :(

Today I was not able to call IN, but only with mobile phones (tested 2 different, with different providers). With my company phone, everything was fine. So I ran

1: tcpdump 'host PBXIP

2: tcpdump 'port  5060

3: everything was working again :/

So, what tcpdump parameters would be the best to figure out those kind of isues? Maybe dump to an external storage over a longer time period?!

i had your reported issue with the ISP & Phone provider and PBX manufactor only, if SIP module is enabled at the XG.

For Auserwald, i print you the difference values between your and my config :)

1. unload SIP_module trough command prompt at the XG.
2. The following values are different to one of my Auerswald PBX configs.

Registar
5 min (not 30 min set)

SIP Session time = disabled

Outbound proxy = disabled

SIP STUN intervall = 15 min (mot 5)

NAT keep alive 180 sec (not 45)

DTMF signalling = both (not only 1)
