Can you show us your IPsec Policy? That one, you are using in the IPsec Connection.

I assume, you do not have SHA 96 activated.

As far as i know, Cyberoam Peers need this to work properly. 

I checked SHA2 with 96-bit truncation on My IPSec Policy, but that doesn't fix the issue :

You should start to play with the Policy. Most likely there is some miss match between those. Maybe try to build up the tunnel with other encryption / authentication methods.

You can open a Sophos Support Case for this or try to find a matching Policy by your own. 

Seems like something is not correct. Maybe your PSK is not correct on both sites? Try other PSK.
