Can you show us your IPsec Policy? That one, you are using in the IPsec Connection.

I assume, you do not have SHA 96 activated.

As far as i know, Cyberoam Peers need this to work properly. 

I checked SHA2 with 96-bit truncation on My IPSec Policy, but that doesn't fix the issue :

You should start to play with the Policy. Most likely there is some miss match between those. Maybe try to build up the tunnel with other encryption / authentication methods.

You can open a Sophos Support Case for this or try to find a matching Policy by your own. 

Seems like something is not correct. Maybe your PSK is not correct on both sites? Try other PSK. 

I would quadruple check the Local and Remote subnets at both ends. Post them here if you can (the contents of the objects).

You can ignore the firewall rules for what you're investigating.

I changed the PSK, the Encryption/Authetification methodes several times, but that doesn't fix the issue.

the Firmware booted on XG is SFOS 17.1.4 MR-4 and on Cyberoam : 10.6.6 MR-3.

I think there is a issue (bugs, ...) on these Firmware.
