Sophos RED15 keep rebooting

Checking the Log-File on the XG is maybe not that significant when the RED is not able to connect to the XG Firewall.

With that you can verify, how far the RED Device is able to establish connection.

If that doesn't help, please take a USB Stick not larger than 32Gb, format it with FAT32, place a empty file named red.debug in the root directory, plug this Stick in to the RED Device, and wait until RED has rebooted several times. You'll find now many helpful logfiles on the Stick that will help you further in troubleshooting this.
