Sophos RED15 keep rebooting

Question

Hello, my customer has RED15 with Sophos XG. I tried to connect the RED with XG but keep rebooting. 
 I also checked RED port (Port 3400 TCP & Port 3410 UDP) is allowed. 
 Here is the log I took from console.

Checking the Log-File on the XG is maybe not that significant when the RED is not able to connect to the XG Firewall. 
 Please check Page 4 of https://www.sophos.com/en-us/medialibrary/PDFs/documentation/sophosRED10_50oien.pdf W ith that you can verify, how far the RED Device is able to establish connection. 
 If that doesn't help, please take a USB Stick not larger than 32Gb, format it with FAT32, place a empty file named red.debug in the root directory, plug this Stick in to the RED Device, and wait until RED has rebooted several times. You'll find now many helpful logfiles on the Stick that will help you further in troubleshooting this.
