Web Surfing Report for User: No Records Found

Followed that to the letter on my XG135 (17.1.3 MR-3, business network) and no matter what IP I enter I get "No Records Found".

Is there something else I need to enable first?

Is there a subscription I am missing? The only 2 subs I don't have are Sandstorm and Enhanced Plus Support so I doubt that.

Man, I've been searching the forums for 40 minutes now. I figured this would be one of the most popular questions. Nope. Can't find a trace.

Before I even found that KB article I was in custom reports and trying different stuff and couldn't get it to work. The I found that, tried it: nothing. Gotta' be something simple I am missing here?!?
