Hi Aiguo,

When you web policy is set to Allow All, web traffic will still be proxied, and this could be causing the issues you are experiencing with this website.

Would it be possible to share a screenshot of how your web exceptions are configured for this website?

try removing your IP addresses from the exception. The exception is URL and IP address.

Hi,

I tuned off my country blocking for China and I can connect to those sites without web exceptions. I have https scanning enabled and a number of other checks in both web and application.
