Philips HUE Lights - Not able to see hub

Short question: If you client is connected via wired and cannot access it, can you explain your network topology? 

Is everything connected to a switch and then one wire to XG or everything connected to the XG directly?

HUE HUB --> Sophos XG Wired

Computer --> Sophos XG Wired

iPhone --> Sophos XG Wireless (the wireless is part of the XG)

I have the three ports on the XG as one bridge.

The computer can see that the HUE has an IP address but I cannot access the HUE web GUI that I usually can...

I'm not currently running a switch.

I'm running the default rules.

Also - not sure if its part of the same problem but my printer cannot print if its networked (both wired and wireless to the XG). 

Do you have a LAN to LAN Rule as Bridge needs an own rule.

Yes it is.

Also check the Bridge in Interfaces if all interfaces are attached as LAN.
