Sophos XG + Synchronised Security - Not Registered all of a sudden

All of a sudden, my Synchronised Security is Not Registered! Also, I can not login to Sophos Central

It just so happens that Sophos are in the middle of a Central Maintenance Schedule!!! Sophos status page says there should be no interruption to services.


Is anybody else experiencing problems?

    I have the exact same problem.

    My XGs are no more registered with Central and I lost Heartbeat.

     

    I'm not able to login to my Central accounts, but I can access my Partner Central Console from which I can access my custommer Central accounts and all of the listed Endpoints, Servers and Wireless APs are no more visible in the Central consoles...

    I really hope it will work again in the next hours because I would not accept to explain to my custommers that all of the Endpoits have to be reinstalled because of a maintenance from Sophos...

  • Agreed with last statement. Not tried my Partner portal, but guess that is ok. Will try later.


    I have reported it to Sophos and wanted to let them know, so that the maintenance team are at least aware.
