Skype for Business calls issue

Saw the thread, 

But my issue is with the call quality. 

We run Skype for Business Online and dont have this issue.  

I do have a web exception rule set to bypass 

based on these domains

 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?yourdomainname\.com/?(.+)
 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?live\.com/?(.+)
 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?lync\.com/?(.+)

 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?office\.com/?(.+)
 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?trouter\.io/?(.+)
 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?yammer\.com/?(.+)
