Skype for Business calls issue

Hi, 

 

I am on Sophos XG210 office network, And we connect another team over Skype for business.

The problem is whenever we have a skype call  (audio/video) we get a lot of voice drop or even gets disconnected.

Do I have to make any special settings on the firewall for this issue?

  • We run Skype for Business Online and dont have this issue.  

     

    I do have a web exception rule set to bypass 

    HTTPS Decryption
    Malware and Content Scanning
    Sandstorm
    Policy Checks

    based on these domains
