Telsetra NBN is giving DHCP IP and its changing every day,  in Sophos we have configured static IP for VPN for all users and when NBN DHCP changes, internet drops and we lose Sophos connectivity  and internet drops outs

    Assuming the largest issue you have with this is VPN clients, you could use DNS names in the VPN config in conjunction with some dynamic DNS magic as a workaround. This doesn't solve the issue of the constantly changing IP, but might make it less painful.
