Upgrade from Cyberoam to Sophos OS but cant login again

Hello,

I upgraded my cyberoam appliance to the new Sophos OS but found out that after the upgrade,

1. I couldn't log into the appliance using the initial username and password

2. i can't login using the :4444 port.

3. My IP phones can't connect to the SIP servers again.

4. I can't register the appliance to the MySophos Portal.

5. I cant connect from the console port

Anyone experienced this before?

  • Sounds like "nothing" works anymore?

Can you shortly explain, what works? Which Cyberoam appliance and can you explain the LEDs?

  • Actually, the appliance still passes traffi c after rebooting from the upgrade. The issue now is that i couldnt log into the appliance again after the upgrade both using console, SSH or web.

The caption is an error i was getting.

  • Can you explain the current setup of the wired scenario?

Can the appliance reach the Internet?

You cannot login via SSH - Which admin password do you use? Can you try admin - admin?

  • Username: admin - Password: admin didn't work.

Yes, the appliance can reach the internet. All the computers can browse and do everything except the IP Phones that can't reach the SIP server in another location.

The current setup is the Port 1 is connected to the LAN and the Port 2 is connected to the WAN(ISP).
