SFM Admin user cannot edit

Hi all

Currently when I click edit "admin (primary user)" the WebGUI is hang on and stuck here like capture below

All WeGUI is hangon and if I want to using I must refesh the web browsers again.

Need some help for this case.

Does this issue occur when utilizing other different web browsers?

Hi Flo

Yes, the error happen with other web browser (IE, Chrome, FireFox).

Here is some steps I have done for troubleshooting:

- Try clear cache of browser => not work

- Try with others web browser => not work

- Try create other admin account. I.E "admin1" => I can edit "admin1" normally but the "admin" cannot.

- Try restart web service of SFM => not work

- Reboot SFM => Not yet because if it' work, I think will close all log for investigate

- About check log on SFM => Actually I don't know which log to read exaclly.

What firmware version of SFM are you running? I was able to access and edit my default admin account (SFM v17) without any issues. However, the only settings available to change is the password and associated email address.

SFM firmware is : SFMOS 17.0.0GA.

Yes but mine not work, have any ideal ?
