Hi,
Today I tried to access the XG box on the usual port of 4444 for admin however it refused the connection. I have tried several times over the LAN and it doesnt respond.
I can access the user portal ok just not the admin pages.
I have tried on the VPN as well but this also fails and I have restarted the box as well to see if it helped but it didnt.
anyone else experienced this? I have a backup of the config from last update so I can restore this I believe but I know we have made changes since and I would be happier to not have to setup the config again.
Any possible way to rectify this at all?
