Port forwarding -

Your configuration looks fine. Only ensure the following settings are correct.

1. Destination IP from which you want to forward port to your gaming server.

2. Try enabling NAT.

3. If you have an ISP router, ensure the port is forwarded to your XG firewall. 

If you are still facing the issue please share the output of  packet capture tool available under diagnostic and use BPF string as "port 25565"

I did the NAT part also.

Is it possible that the subnet differences are causing this?

No. If you have the correct route on XG and Gaming server it won't make any difference.

To debug can you share the interface details and the packet capture output? 

I tried to figure out what you meant by the packet capture output, but my chemo-brain is NOT helping....

Hello,

Looking at the packet capture, your gaming server traffic is not reaching the XG firewall.

It looks like your ISP is blocking the incoming port.

doing that, but nothing shows up.  also looked at logs using 25565 as filter.  nothing recent.

did you see my additional questions about your first post?

Yes, I saw all your comments. Looking at the packet capture is clear that traffic is not reaching to XG. You have to verify with your ISP  whether incoming traffic is allowed? Also if you have a router in front of XG then you need to enable port forwarding on router as well.

Please explain 'Destination IP' and what screen are you referring?

ISP does not block any ports; just called and verified.
