Cisco VPN Client

Question

I successfully setup the Cisco VPN to my XG Firewall, but it gets disconnected very shortly even when im actively using the phone. May i know whats the problem? 
 
 I made sure that the disconnection setting is unchecked. 
 
 Please help

Hi Marion, 
 You have to PM me the following details to investigate it: 
 
 access_server.log and tell me the username and time of disconnection 
 screenshot of configurations done in VPN > CISCO VPN client page 
 ipsec_ciscovpn.log
