Zugriff auf Mail-Konten (Gmail, GMX) parallel zu Exchange

Hallo Community,

ich komme mit einer Frage zu euch, die ich selbst durch Suchen im Forum nicht gelöst bekomme.

Wir haben eine Sophos UTM (SG210). Wir nutzen einen Exchange-Server, wo die User Ihre Mails via Outlook abrufen.

Nun möchte ich vereinzelt zusätzlich auf Gmail/GMX zugreifen können, wobei die entsprechenden Server anscheinend nicht erreicht werden können, da die Sophos brav ihre Arbeit macht und dies erstmal unterbindet. Die Mail-Programme sagen mir immer, dass Sie keine Verbindung zum Server bekommen bzw. kein  Konto finden.

Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass die nötigen Einstellungen unter Mail-Protection/SMTP/Relaying vorzunehmen sind. Vielleicht kann mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen.

Ich habe auch schon versucht, die entsprechenden Server als DNS-Host in die Upstream-Hosts/Netzwerke einzutragen. Dies brachte jedoch keinen Erfolg.

    das sagt das Live-Protokoll, wenn ich beim Thunderbird auf "Fertig stellen" klick.
     
    von daher scheidet der Webfilter aus.

    Das Problem ist gelöst. Es lag an unserem "speziellen" ISP, der uns weggeblockt hat.
