How to edit VPN zone? it's grayed out even after reset to factory config.

This looks to have been a recent change with the new firmware version, and this zone is no longer able to be edited (to add a description). However you are still able to configure the Device Access (Local Service ACL) via System > Administration > Device Access.
For context, what are you trying to change for this zone?
