Hi,
what happens if you manually trigger the check update process? You will have to search your portal for the update tag and go through the process of accepting the download.

Same here. Firmware update which showed up last week isn't available any more.
If there isn't a big issue which forced Sophos to remove the new firmwares I guess it will be available again in the next few hours.
I'm not updating anyway right now as my current version 17 MR5 is running stable and I am waiting for feedback on the latest versions.

I am on 17.0.6 at present, but am wondering if 17.0.8 MR8 is officially released ,why is it not available via the Sophos Admin console? Is there any Sophos Staff that can answer this?
on the 10th of May a post by @talex stated:
We've finished SFOS v17.0.8 MR8. This release is available in stages. In first stage it will be available at MySophos. Next week, it will be available from within your device for all SFOS v17.0 installations and later it will be available to v16.05 installations as well.
18 days later we are still waiting on the firmware to appear on "Your devices" for all SFOS v17.0 installations.

MR8 was already visible last week and as assumed before it now is visible again.
Maybe there has been a problem with the update servers or anything like that. I think the updates will show up at every system now.

v17 MR-8 is still being released in stages for availability on the GUI of your XG appliance. However, you are free to download the update and install it manually. See above in dark moon 's post for how to perform this.
