I have phones connected to the Internet via Sophos, and I have already used the portal on the network, when I connected by computer I sign up normal in Portal No problem, but when I connected by phone I register in the portal enter the internet but after a certain time the portal closes automatically

Hello,

you have to leave the Captive Tab open to be logged in.

I dont know what phones you are useing but some phones close the connecting by itself when u lock it, thats why you get logged of sometimes.

The problem is not in the phone because I use several phones  (huawei,iphon,... )(Android , ios) all after half an hour closes the portal
