I doubt it to be a problem caused by the XG Firewall, to confirm, you can look in the Log viewer > Application Filter & Web Filter logs and filter it on the device IP or the User. If you see a block action, let us know.

I think you misunderstand the error message, it has nothing to do with the XG but that you haven't logged into the youtube video using a google account.

Could you verify if the application filter has any logs and check if the certificate is installed on your system when you apply https scanning ?

XG Firewall > Web > General Settings > is Enforce SafeSearch on?  Turn it off and see if that resolves it.  I had similar issue a few months back.

How can i solve this without off Enforce Safe Search?
