Safe Search Enabled on the applience but the youtube videos got error " This video is restricted. Try signing in with a Google Apps account. " 
 how can i resolve this isuue

XG Firewall > Web > General Settings > is Enforce SafeSearch on? Turn it off and see if that resolves it. I had similar issue a few months back.

Hi, 
 I doubt it to be a problem caused by the XG Firewall, to confirm, you can look in the Log viewer > Application Filter & Web Filter logs and filter it on the device IP or the User. If you see a block action, let us know.

 Could you verify if the application filter has any logs and check if the certificate is installed on your system when you apply https scanning ?
