Email ,The MTA model 163.com is not accept

The mail receipt is normal, but the email sent to me  by 163.com is not accept.

163.com is one of the largest email service providers in China.

 

Yes, I have a rule allowing the 163.com, But it is not working, I deleted it.

I have mail server Microsoft Exchange , I checked the rules and even reset the firewall. The fault remains.

 

It is strange that the firewall has no record.

How can I fix this problem?   who can help me to test, I can use 163 email send.

    i *think* the issue is the mail itself.

    You create a Exception, this exception will only check the envelope-from.

    Can you send us the awarrenmta.log from this mail?

    You will find it on advanced shell (-> grep 163.com /log/awarrenmta.log | less )
