Gateway DHCP_PortB_GW Came Up

I get periods of time where I get dozens of these emails in a relatively short period of time, despite nothing obvious changing in my home network environment. It's a VM installed on Hyper-V installed for testing and practice.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I stop it, or at least stop it notifying me?

This is caused by the Failover Rules under Configure > Network > WAN Link Manager > DHCP_PortB_GW. If you don't want to get this alert, set the failover rule to ping one of your local interfaces instead. This way, it will never fail.

Also check your NIC settings on the Hyper-V device to ensure they never go to sleep.

Well I changed it to another host on the lan, and that didn't help. It's completely random. I just got 3 in 5 minutes and nothing for 18 hours since. It's very frustrating. I wish I could just turn it off. Interestingly I have just tried to login to the web interface and it's not responding. It's not responding to a ping!

I've just determined the cause of all of this is the appliance is hard resetting! Need to open another post for that.
