Allow a Wireless Network to Bypass RED Tunnel

Question

I have two wireless networks at a remote location, one for staff and one for students. The staff network has heavy bandwidth usage so I want to exempt it from the RED tunnel and just go straight to the Internet. How can I configure the wireless and the RED to accomplish this?

 Just to add: 
 If its Bridge to AP (V)LAN, you can use Standard / Split. 
 If its separate Zone, you cannot use the local breakout. 
 Would suggest a XG1XX Appliance instead of RED. You need only base license for VPN IPsec and Wireless.
