i cant't access my remote public IP

Hi Guru's :)

i can't access my remote server through public IP, which is located in different geographical location. when i used tracert command  to my public IP after 6 ops count it will time out. but the same IP i have tracert from outside of the sophos its completed.
in firewall policy i am using from LAN to WAN with any policy and there is no application control or web control configured.

need your help....
