DHCP relay doenst work from one day to another day on Red15

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your RED devices. Would it be possible to further clarify your setup?

• What firmware version is your XG running?
• What method of RED deployment are the affected tunnels? (Standard Unified/Split?)

I would also advise to take a look in your dhcpd.log

We use Red Firmware 2.0.013 with Standard / unified operation mode, it fals within the LAN zone.
this was used since last oktober, we checked if there where any updates but so far i cant see dhcp server was updated.

We checked with microsoft network monitor if there is any dhcp traffic from the red but there isnt one.
i also checked it with a differtent Dhcp server, but also no traffic from the Red15.

you can try to gather the logs.

/log/networkd.log

Maybe you find the issue there.

Litlle update for u guys, the dhcp relay started working again without any reason last Friday.
im communicating with sophos  and will keep u posted about any reasons.

DHCP Relay still doenst work on the Red, because its a red on location we cant test it more.

now we have another red in test were we have the same problem. Local ACL denied from red dev. port 67 / port 68

just informed support again to check with this red for any problems.

The caputure from the network seems legit, broadcast from red
