  • Hi Sherief,

What is the version running on the XG firewall? Show us a screenshot of your DNS settings. Is XG able to reach the internet? Also, take SSH access to the XG and go to option 5. Device Management > 3. Advance Console and show us the output of following commands.

    1. service -S | grep nsx
    2. service -S | grep awarrenhttp
    3. service -S | grep WING
    4. nsxld -l community.sophos.com

    Thanks

  • Hi Ron

My XG cannot categorized any URLs

  • Restart nsxld and WINGc services, run the command:

    service nsxld:restart -ds nosyn

    service WINGc:restart -ds nosyn

Try to reach the following website from the hosts behind the XG, https://4.sophosxl.net. Show us what is returned?

Run the following command to verify the OpenSSL check, the final output should be, verify return code: ok

    openssl s_client -connect 4.sophosxl.net:443

    Show us the outputs.
