Hi,
if you are a business user, then through the Sophos support or your reseller/partner. If on the other hand your are a home user then with a little more detail you will have reported the bug.
What version of XG and on what hardware?
Ian
XG115W - v19.5.1 mr-1 - Home

I have two XG's at the moment, an XG85 and an XG105, the XG105 is behind the NATed ADSL router which is about a month old (new).
It's simple problem, if the ADSL modem picks up a new IP address, the VPN on the sophos drops. and wont establish again until you reboot the sophos.
I've gone hard in MS Paint below to give you a technical view of my setup.. all works fine till the dynamic IP changes then only way to fix it is to reboot the sophos.
