I've sophos XG125 suddenly it stop to work. When i restart the device and connect to console just seeing only black screen nothing shown.

Is the unit a REV 1?
There was a know issue with those units. https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/b/utm-blog/posts/sophos-and-intel-atom-cpus. I have an XG 125 at my house and the unit failed with the exact same symptoms as you are seeing. Unfortunately, I am not under support for my home unit and I was running the home software on it. If you are under support, Sophos will replace your unit with a REV 2. AlanT can the post above be referenced in the XG forum as well. I only see it in the UTM forum or maybe I am looking it over.

Even i've cyberoam 15iNG , i'm also facing same issue with this device also... few days i've upgraded to image of cyberoam.. then i worked for 2 days then i leave the device.
After 1 week i checked this device also having same issue " Suddenly stopped to work and showing black screen on console".
