How to allow a domain email without email Bounced or not delivered

Hello,

I have been experiencing some email Bounced when a user send an email to a set of domain and also some mail not delivered.

Can anyone explain to me how I can solve this issue. I monitor this domain from the mail logs on my Sophos xg firewall.

    Iferrara,

    I use XG on mta amd from the mail log it only show status Bounced with no further information and it occur to some set of domain which are important to the organisation.

    One of the work around I perform is to allow some specific email...but I'm thinking or asking if there is a way to allow the domain instead of the email.
