How to allow a domain email without email Bounced or not delivered

Are you using XG in mta or legacy mode?

Inside the log you should get the reason why messages are bounced.

I use XG on mta amd from the mail log it only show status Bounced with no further information and it occur to some set of domain which are important to the organisation.

One of the work around I perform is to allow some specific email...but I'm thinking or asking if there is a way to allow the domain instead of the email.

I've resolved the issue by creating a a email policy to allow the list of domain recorded bounced in the email log

It has been working for me for more than 2weeks now without any email bounced.
