Sophos keeps on deleting program that i need to use

is this really an XG Firewall question? Mal/Generic-S in conjunction with deleting sound more like a question about the endpoint AV software. If so - which version are you using?

Endpoint or Malware would be fine (if you'd join one of these groups this thread could be moved).
Anyway, 10.7 could be the on-premise managed SESC - where did you get it from or how did you install it? As this is a generic detection the program could indeed be safe. The analysis for generic detections suggests to submit a sample. Normally detection items are updated so that harmless programs are no longer blocked or removed.
Otherwise please see the product help on how to exclude certain items from scanning.
