Unable to send scheduled reports via Mail

Hello,

We are using CR-100iNG running on SFOS 16.05.02 MR-2

We configuring the mail setting for reports, but it is not working.

Please suggest.

Hi,

would recommend you to update to a newer version. There are a couple of bug fixes regarding Mail - Notification.

Could you please tell which is the stable version for update. Can we directly update to newer version or need to follow steps?

Pratik,

v17 MR5 is quite stable (apart VPN site to site issue). So I would recommend you to move to MR5 and then try again.

If it does not work, please share the mail configuration and check logs from advanced shell.

Hi,

You can update your first SF Boot Slot to MR9, and the other to V17.0 MR5.

So you can roll back to MR9, if something does not work in V17 as expected.
