Web Protection Exception stop working after a while

How are you adding this exception ?

Via Custom Web Category, URL Group or Web -> Exceptions tab (RegEx) ?

thank you for your reply , i have tried both of them

one via URL Group and another test via RegEx

and both of them works fine for a couple of hours then the problem come back one more time

I recall that I had encountered a similar issue with WhatsApp Web. The website itself is accessible, but the QR Code keeps spinning forever.

I had to disable Malware scanning, and it started working fine after that. Please try creating a Web -> Exception for web.whatsapp.com and Skip 'HTTPS Decryption' and 'Malware and Content Scanning'.

iam already not using malware scanning and for the exception i check skip HTTPS and malware content scaning

and it works for a few hours :(

Please try this, I am not sure about it but would like to check.

In the Network -> DNS settings, in DNS 1 put '127.0.0.1' and DNS 2, DNS 3 you can keep whatever you want. Monitor and let me know.
